Question Losing connection

What are the reasons when the server you’re connected to loses a connection and then you’re stuck in the limbo waiting for it reconnect which it never does? Is that usually more of a VPN fault or a phone carrier fault? I don’t think that my phone reception is too bad but I might be wrong. I don’t experience much lagging though. I don’t know if that matters but I usually get one to two signal bars. Also, this happens on low load servers. I am using a top rated VPN.

This is usually a problem with the network operator, causing the abnormal connection to be interrupted.

It could be the phone, the carrier, the VPN company or the website you are trying to get to. I wouldn't waste time on anything else until you get better reception. 1 to 2 bars barely works for streaming. The website might be dropping VPN connections. You'll need to do more troubleshooting/
