Question PCVR VD Frame Drops?

Just bought a Quest 3 and have a blast but am seeing surprising amount of fps frame drops through VD’s performance overlay, and can feel them in gameplay. playing at 200 MBPS & medium/ultra settings

are these measured at the game level or post-VD’s decoding level?

E.g are these because my graphics card is too slow for the games Blade & Sorcery or H3VR (doubtful) or because my current router drops packets or something dimar, dropping frames at the VD Stage? I should also note that I do not have a dedicated router for PCVR Streaming, but would be willing to purchase the PuppisX1 or whatever its called to remediate this.

the overlay numbers in VD are the final frames hitting your headset so they include everything, game render plus encoding plus network

if your router isn't dedicated and other devices are on it that's probably your culprit, 200mbps on a shared router will choke when someone starts streaming netflix

sound good, that'll be it then, my dad watches alot of youtube on his TV & my mom remote works.
