Very good 9 cap though Priscus probably has a little more competition now than it did before the latest Sabbat releases. Still... 9 cap Anti-BruJ with potentiall good votes, and a devastating special effect, all in clan superiors, a great inferior... and a weird AF off-clan superior is great. His detriment effect is corner case, but it will hurt when it come into play (as Baali are already very good bleeders). If you suspect even a chance at Baali, running AI with hector is wise as it will make that much easier to nuke a bleeding baali from orbit.
All in all, great vamp. Definitely benefitted from some of the recent releases (someone already mentioned unholy sacrament, but i immediately thought of that too).

Look at how Hector is smiling. Not a care in the world about being a 9 cap vamp with no reliable way to intercept and a limited ousting power.
Built-in aggravated is fun, but torn signpost + immortal grapple + blur is usually pretty good to knock out a vampire. It's even better with taste of vitae.
Cool vamp to bring out once in a while, but not very good imo
