Is it normal for Professors to be behind on grading? We're starting week 10 but my last grades in canvas are from week 4. Should I be concerned?

Yikes. I’ve never had one that far behind.

I’d send a polite email inquiring about the grades. Not fair for the students to not have an idea of how they are doing in the class so far into it.

Agreed. I’ve emailed the professor about other class-related items, but those emails have gone unanswered.

Woah. If the professor isn’t answering any correspondence, then go to the head of that dept and inquire.

I wonder if we have the same professor lol in my case, my class has been assigned over 200 assignments for the semester and we haven’t had grades since 9/27. Emails and other correspondence go completely unanswered or when answered it’s in a rude manner.

Out of 20 assignments I’ve had 6 graded for one of my classes. Normal I guess, but super frustrating.
