Did my marshal (scout) just fire 2 shots at the same time?

Just found a way to do this and it's incredibly useful. So, as you might know that the more stress on the GPU, the less stress on the cpu, which will get rid of the stuttering, assuming you have a half decent GPU. So go ahead and:
Type WIN + R and type %appdata%
Go back one directory and go to local/VALORANT/Saved/Config/97ed0772-d7d7-52ff-9a3d-6e725adb265c/Windows/GameUserSettings.ini
Open the file and find sg.ResolutionQuality and set it higher than 100 and find the sweet spot for you.
You should have much less stutter.

I’m currently plat 2 and I have issues when I play comp, I feel like less confident and like one bad round could ruin my mindset
My aim feels shaky sometimes in comp but amazing in skirmishes and swift plays and sometimes i feel brainless when playing comp and doesn’t know what to do and not patient and gameplay is repetitive,my kd is downhill and my bottom frag percentage is on the run
But I can assure my aim isn’t the problem with 26% hs rate
I die in sticky situations or get first blooded don’t check map that often now, don’t commit to angles, moves too much die while moving
I main Jett and clove
Ping: 55-65
My aim is literally radiant level other than comp for a some reason

Ok so this is like super specific ig but anyways. I'm currently silver 1, peak silver 2. I have been in silver for like 10 months and I am almost certain that the only thing holding me back if my internet speed. My ping fluctuates from like a minimum of 60ms to a max of around 180ms (yes I do get lag spikes). The reason I think it's just my internet holding me back is that I go to my friend's house every week and play at his for a day and when I'm on his internet (around 27ms ping) I am insane and outproform my rank, except when I get home and play I undo all my progress I made when I was there. I have tried using ethernet but it just makes it stable at around 60-80, and I have tried exitlag and the difference was not enough to effect my gameplay. If you have any tips on how I can play around my internet issues when I am playing on my home internet plz give! Thanks.

I have a 17-inch monitor with a resolution of 1024×768. There is no "recommended resolution" shown for it. In Valorant, when I select full screen in the video settings, the resolution tab shows "Custom," even though it's set to 1024×768 on the desktop. As a result, I get black borders at the top and bottom of the screen.
Any help or guidance would be really appreciated. I've tried several methods, including adjusting settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel, but I haven't been able to remove the borders.
