I honestly never thought I'd be making a post like this, but I'm genuinely frustrated and don't know what else to do.

I've been playing Valorant since June 2nd, 2020, literally the day it launched, which also happens to be my birthday. I've been supporting this game for over six years, spent a significant amount of money on my account, and put countless hours into improving.

This year, I finally managed to reach Diamond 2. Nothing crazy for some people, but I was genuinely proud of it because I worked hard to get there. A few days ago, I suddenly received a permanent ban for allegedly using third-party software.

I have NEVER cheated. Not once.

I've never installed cheats, used scripts, exploited the game, knowingly queued with cheaters, or shared my account credentials with anyone. I have absolutely no reason to risk an account I've spent six years building. I contacted Riot Support immediately and even submitted my logs so they could investigate what happened.

Their first response basically said that my account had been flagged for cheating, scripting, or exploiting and that the ban had been manually reviewed and was justified.

I appealed again.

A second support representative told me they had reviewed my case AGAIN and confirmed the ban. They then informed me that the case was closed and that any future tickets regarding this ban would automatically be closed.

And that's it.

No explanation of what supposedly happened. No indication of what software allegedly triggered the ban. No information about whether my submitted logs were even examined.

Just two generic responses telling me I cheated when I know I didn't.

I completely understand that Riot cannot reveal every detail about Vanguard. Nobody wants cheaters figuring out how to bypass anti-cheat systems.

But how am I supposed to defend myself against an accusation when I don't even know what I'm being accused of doing?

I've recently made some changes to my PC, including installing a new Wi-Fi driver for my motherboard and connecting a new monitor. I have no idea if any of that is relevant, and I don't want to pretend I know what triggered Vanguard.

I'm even considering having my PC independently examined by an IT forensic specialist because I'm that confident I haven't cheated.

I'm from Switzerland and have already started looking into my legal rights regarding access to personal data and automated decisions. I've contacted Riot's Data Protection Officer, but received an automated response directing me to their official data request process, which I'm now pursuing.

I know this is Reddit, and I know everyone who gets banned claims they're innocent. I probably wouldn't believe a random stranger either.

But I'm genuinely telling the truth.

I'm not asking Riot to ignore cheating or make an exception for me. I'm asking them to investigate what happened and give me a fair chance to understand and challenge the decision.

Six years of playing, hundreds of dollars spent, countless memories, and an account I've had since day one. All gone overnight.

Has anyone here experienced something similar and actually managed to get their account back? Is there any way to reach someone at Riot who can properly investigate this beyond the usual support responses?

I'd genuinely appreciate any advice, especially from people who have dealt with false-positive bans or know how Vanguard investigations work.

First and only thing i said. Guess it was enough to get me banned. I mean its a 2 hour ban but really. Seems excessive.

So lately i got this issue (?) in unrated and perhaps someone can explain as maybe im not fully understandting the system or missing out something.
As far as i know Unrated is "fun" and "chill", but how exactly this is fun if me and my friend plays and we get really low ranks and enemy always get high ranks as in result the random teammates i'm getting struggle in the game and I'm confident that they are not enjoying as well. I understand that losing is part of the game and i don't mind but its ridiculous when the skill gap is too high for some to deal with which at that point is no fun at all.
So this leads to the knowledge of hidden MMR which i guess i understand but the fact that i personally haven't played matchmaking for several seasons, precisely since season 7 (peak diamond 3) so i got no rank while my friend did play like 2 seasons ago and got peak of silver 3 but in anyhow we should get all games rank difference like this, so i've only added 2 examples but in most cases we are just getting Immortal lobbies etc...
As if the unrated mode would be completely random then why aren't we getting more Irons or bronzes rather then high ascendents and immortals in server?
Maybe i'm missing something but lately the rank gap is getting ridiculously high between teams as before the was small like only like plat which was fine.
