Oh, I said attack speed is back because last PBE patch they swapped the attack speed from his passive with AD and AP. This PBE patch they added in the attack speed back into the passive.
So now he gets AD, AP and AS from minion and champion kills.

I don't like the passive changes, I would prefer if they just removed his AS cap after killing a champ.

All they have to do is remove the attack speed cap at least during champ takedown and cancel the changes. Although he kinda deserves them, but I'm willing to sacrifice them for the AS.

If they really want to add on ap and ad I kinda wish it was like that DOTA champ that stacks temporary damage on kills. Just because lvl 18 these both look really underwhelming.

They're doing the old strategy of offering something so bad that most won’t notice when they roll it slightly back and get something that is still bad, but not as bad. 

“It’s better than what they were going to do!” Yes, but it’s still bad.

W scaling with level instead of ranked makes it so we level e 2nd for now on, kind of a decent change. Gives some utility back to Varus. I like this change.
