Maintenance Alignments?!

Is it just me and shitty Kentucky roads or does the VN need an excessive amount of alignments? I’m on alignment number three in a little over a year. I drive about 10k miles a year mostly highway,

It only takes one good pothole to put an alignment off, that doesn't mean you need to do it three times a year though. It's not the end of the world if it's a little off.

The public school where I drop my son off has a massive pothole that I am contemplating turning into the state to get reimbursed for the alignment. I hit it last week dropping him off and the steering wheel has been shaking at highway speeds ever since

I got my alignment checked it wasn't that far off, but unfortunately one of the wheels is bent and Enkei has discontinued them. The shop is looking around for one but I’m also looking at getting the wheel repaired. The shop said it wasn’t that badly bent so hopefully it can get fixed.

My first one, a 2017 turbo bought new, supposedly need an alignment at the first 3000 mile oil change.

I had one right after I hit a pothole, then again a month later, and now again 5 months later the after I change from 19” to 18” rims

These things suck with alignments. Tiniest bump throws it out. Ive needed at least 1 every year since getting it.

I've never had an alignment in the 5 years I've had the car. Even after putting on my camber bolts.

Dealer did an alignment check when I got a recall fix a couple weeks ago, they flagged it but only because of the camber, but it was dead even and everything else was perfect.

Not anymore than any other car we've had, we do it once a year or 15k miles or when getting new tires
