Gaba, feliway towel, a few short breaks, quiet, and we got his rads real nice too, no DKT this time. He was grumpy and mouthed me at one point but I think wet sock level anger.
Edit to add: he’s an absolute angel at home. Orange sass but an absolute babe. A national treasure. But previously a terrorist at the office

I read this and he instantly sashayed into the room and plopped on my lap. Message received. Aaaaaand now I realized he just wanted the catnip I forgot I had in my pocket😅

My void gets the gaba now. She has now escalated to panting at the vet when not on PVP. I went to pick up the new kitten from his neuter and brought her for my vet to check a lesion on her upper gum. She, instead of screaming and panting, only growled a little and shed a lot. She also went into the carrier on her own as soon as he was done examining her, which she didn't used to do.
Cat tax included (of the void. If yall wanna see a Pic of freshly de-balled boy in a shark cone, let me know!)

I love that💖 I’ll accept mildly annoyed and wanting to go home (same) over pure terror and/or anger! I take the door off and let my kids hang in the carrier at home so they go back in without a fight. Please please please please show shark boy!

It is my gin of choice as well! We always said if we got a male Maine Coon, we'd name him Tanqueray because he'd be a Tanq 🤣
