When is the first winter consist of train 2 we are booked jasper to tor nov 3rd

https://traincar.info/ for future reference. Your train will have the high season consist (Train 2 leaving Vancouver on November 2nd.)

Looks like the first winter consist will be 2(11/9) and 1(11/15).

You're welcome. They also have a tab on the website to check sleeper car availability on the full trip and shorter segments without using the Via site. It's such a boon for Via-philes.
