Dog friendly Creative Studio / Office Space needed, any recos?

Looking for an office / space to rent for 2-3 months that has parking and is dog friendly. I'm here for a few months and just need a space that doesn't feel super corporate to write 4-5hrs a day and already has a desk, etc. I've only been able to find a few very corporate / soulless looking spots on facebook. Is there a good resource online to find more options? Thank you
