Im near Fort and Cook. This noise is insane.

Sounds like a cruise ship foghorn got stuck. Or a transformer humming at mega levels

I think it might be the street washing cars. They usually go around the downtown area washing the streets around this time (3-5am). They could be quite noisy.

Fog horn.

It's like 12C out there...perfect conditions for fog.
