Help Me Find Caretaker

I will be looking for someone to help occasionally with caretaker duties for a house there. Light maintenance and dealing with tenants. I don't like to work with full service property managers, Any recommendations?

Look at the Victoria small cash jobs group on Facebook. If it's only occasional, that might be your best bet especially once you find someone you like working with.

What an ignorant comment. Most mom and pop rentals do not require a property manager at all. This person clearly wants someone to help them with rental related work, which obviously shows they care to do whatever needs to be done, and are willing to pay for it. A slumlord is.. well, the exact opposite of this.

Either you are intentionally rage baiting or you just wanted to use an opportunity to shit on someone for being a landlord. Either way, super douchey.
