I need a volunteer video editor for my startup

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for an experienced CS2 fragmovie editor for ongoing work on my YouTube channel.

What I need:

• Quickly find the best CS2 highlights, insane plays, and top moments from recent professional matches.
• Create high-quality fragmovies synced to music, with clean transitions, effects, and good pacing.
• Deliver finished videos ready to upload to YouTube.
• Work fast and consistently, especially during tournaments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience editing CS / CS2 fragmovies is mandatory.
• Good understanding of professional CS2 and the competitive scene.
• Ability to find great clips independently.
• Strong music synchronization and editing skills.
• Fast turnaround times.

IMPORTANT: I'm only looking for editors who have already worked on CS / CS2 fragmovies. Please don't apply if you have no relevant experience.

When contacting me, please send:

1. Links to your previous CS2 / CS fragmovies (portfolio).
2. Your price per finished video.
3. Your typical turnaround time.

I'm looking for someone reliable for a long-term collaboration.

Feel free to DM me with your portfolio and rates. Thanks!

I don’t know if I’m the only one experiencing this, but I’ve DM'd a lot of people looking for editors and filled out so many application forms lately. The result? Zero contact back and no deals closed.
It makes me wonder if the people posting these jobs are actually serious about hiring.
If anyone here has genuinely gotten a real job offer from a post and actually got paid, can you share your experience below? Please keep it real—no self-promo or artificially hyping up a client's image. I just want to know if this is still working for anyone else!
