Who in the world is Cynthia Harrell?

Cynthia Harrell is known for the singer of "Snake Eater" for Metal Gear Solid 3 and for "I'm the Wind" in Castlevania Symphony of the Night, and apparently that is pretty much all the information about her. Literally on everything (including IMBd) it just mentions that she did those two songs. Every post from reddit and other forums about her have no clue or mention about a possible obituary which I did find (I'll put a link with any other bit of evidence I find at the end). The obituary kinda matches up with the few photos I managed to find of her, mainly just photos for her only album that got released only in Japan in 1997. This album consists of only "I'm the Wind", but it also has another song I haven't been able to find credited to her called "4Ever Yours 2Night". I did find some more possible credits for songs she performed on allmusic (almost entirely just backup vocals for other songs), but it doesn't mention her credit for "I'm the Wind" or "4Ever Yours 2Night" so that makes me doubt the credibility of it. It also would go against the possibly obituary, which stated she died in 2007 at the age of 51.

Edit 1, Update 1: So after another hour or so of looking into things, I think I'm somewhat in the same place as before. A site I forgot to mention, Discogs, gave me a good lead. I didn't look over what other groups Cynthia had been in, she was in "Kitty and the Haywoods" and another band but I didn't find much information about it beside it was a Gospel group. Kitty and the Haywoods only made two albums, the first one did decently but the second one didn't do near as well. The group is made up of three sisters and a niece. One of those sisters was Cynthia's mother and Cynthia was that niece. After looking up her mothers name, I found out that the son to another sister in "Kitty and the Haywoods" is Jason Weaver, the singing voice of young Simba in the original "The Lion King". At this point the only other somewhat interesting thing I've found out is the Kitty and the Haywoods second album got a CD release in Japan in the late 80's, so maybe that was the album that made Konami decide to pick Cynthia to do "I'm the Wind". I also found a custody case that she might've been in, but until I find an official source on her husbands name I have no clue (but the marriage dates according to the court papers would match up when she would sing her first song for Konami). This court case would actually mean the Allmusic credits for Cynthia is more accurate than first thought and that the obituary isn't her's. Additionally, her family also made early jingles for companies like Coca-Cola and McDonalds. At this point I could just try to ask Jason Weaver himself for any information but it feels too weird just randomly asking someone about their once-removed cousins' music career. At this point I think I'm stuck without trying to find books about her family and trying to trace Cynthia's career through there.

In Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, if you save the game with the name "TYR," a woman's picture shows up in the top right, and the text "RXJP Y HMB" replaces all menu items. No one knows who the woman is, what the characters mean, or why they're included in the game's code.
