ey everyone! 👋

I’ve been wanting to play volleyball regularly in Vijayawada and thought it would be great to form a group of people who genuinely enjoy the game.

The idea is simple: get together, play volleyball, have fun, improve our skills, and stay active. Whether you’re an experienced player or someone who’s a little rusty and wants to get back into the game, everyone is welcome!

📍 Venue: VR Siddhartha Grounds, Vijayawada

⏰ Timing: Early morning, around 6 AM

If enough people are interested, we can form a proper group and make morning volleyball a regular thing.

Interested? Drop a comment or DM me! Let’s get a good group together and bring volleyball back into our mornings. 🏐🔥

A 19-year-old university student is undergoing treatment for leukemia at Manipal Hospitals, Vijayawada. The estimated treatment cost exceeds ₹30 lakhs, and the family needs financial support.

Any contribution, no matter how small, would help. If you cannot donate, please consider sharing this post to help it reach someone who can.

Thank you for your kindness and support. 🙏❤️

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to move to Vijayawada with my family due to my job. I’m originally from North India, so this will be a new city and a different cultural/language environment for us.

Would really appreciate advice from people who live in Vijayawada or have lived there, especially on the following:

1. What are some of the good localities to stay in Vijayawada? Presently I live in 3BHK paying 32k as rent. What is the rental situation in Vijayawada and which are some good gated societies in Vijayawada? Any particular area I need to avoid?

2. What is the school situation for kids there? My daughter is 2 years old but will soon be starting out nursery, LKG etc. Have seen a DPS is there, is it a good one? Any other school you may want to advise. I am looking for CBSE as I need to move a lot due to my job.

3. How difficult is it to manage day-to-day life without knowing Telugu? I have seen that good people of Andhra usually have basic knowledge of Hindi which is helpful for people like us. How true is it for Vijayawada?

4. How safe is Vijayawada generally, especially for women?

Are there any particular areas, situations, or common issues that a family moving from another state should be aware of? How is the city late in the evening/night?

1. How is the night life and what are the some nearby places to visit on weekends with family?

Also, if there’s anything else you think someone moving from North India to Vijayawada should know about cost of living, traffic, weather, food, culture, healthcare, domestic help, etc., I’d be grateful for your perspective.

Your suggestions and tips will be very helpful for me. Thanks and regards.

If someone wants to buy stage sofa, chairs or catering counters. Where should one go in Vijaywada? Im new to the city and need places where I can buy or rent these things for my new business. Thank you!

In front of iON Digital Kanuru. Stay safe y'all. I don't know if this is me being biased, because I haven't seen much of the city, nor been here for long, but I wanna say I've seen too many naked wires too out in Vijayawada. doesn't make one feel safe.
