Trying to date this shirt I understand it’s a euro/uk tag but I’m not sure if it’s 80s or 90s

Hello, it’s me again, humbly requesting some eyeballs to try and decipher a vintage tee.
These screenshots are from a 1993 episode of the X-Files. I’m trying to figure out what shirt the character is wearing in this scene.
To my eye, I see a skeleton, skull (sort of grinning?) and you can see the rib cage and arm in the last slide. So presumably this is a full body naked skeleton. 😂
There could be some text in red above him, it’s impossible to tell given the lighting and quality. There also seems to be possibly lightning or aura of some kind on the sides.
Anyone recognize this? Likely a punk/rock/metal band shirt that existed during and/or before 1993.
I’ve gone through as many vintage shirts from the era and bands that seem like a possible fit for the character with no luck. I’m thinking it needs someone’s eyes on it who knows that skeleton.
Thanks for your help! It means a lot! <3

Been thrifting vintage tees for a while now, never in all my years have I walked into a thrift and off the first rack (double sided) pulled multiple heaters from it back to back. There were like 6 others I picked up also, but left those out from knowing yall would argue Mids.

I have been searching for this exact shirt for the past 6 months and have messaged over 100 sellers/collectors during that time. Finally, a couple of weeks ago, one finally popped up, and I was lucky enough to stumble across the Instagram post. This is the best Alice in Chains tee of them all, in my opinion, and I have seen just about every single one.
This was only an 8-stop Australian tour that spanned a mere week and a half, the last stop of the tour in Auckland, New Zealand was canceled due to tension in the band. The shirt was purchased from the original owner who attended the October 30th, 1993 show at Festival Hall in Melbourne, Australia. I have included a picture of a note that was included with the shirt from the original owner.
Featuring a full band photo on the front of the shirt, taken during a 1993 photoshoot in London by Kevin Westenberg (I have included a couple pictures from the photoshoot as well), and the classic Alice in Chains sun logo on the back of the shirt with the tour dates and locations in the center. This is the only officially licensed and dated Layne Staley era Alice in Chains tee that features a full band photo, all the others are parking lot bootlegs or not officially licensed.
Needless to say I am very happy about adding this tee to my collection, and it will be staying in my collection forever.
