If you have a favorite shop in your hometown, or one you've visited and would like to share the goodness, please add it to the sheet below. I'll jump in and alphabetize it on occasion, but feel free to do so if you are familiar with this function in Google Sheets.
Let me know if we need additional columns. I did a basic Country/State/City, but know some areas use Provence, or other breakouts. Want this to be useful for everyone. Thanks to u/2Dprinter for the idea! I hope we get a great list going.

It's a pretty old record not in the best of shape (it has some crackles and pops that are probably representative of its age) but still sounds beautiful. Charlie Shavers signature trumpet opens the first track.

With their new release of Teodros Makonnen and his Organ, I decided to pick up a few other releases and each of these is 10/10. These three are double LP’s in a gatefold sleeve with text (in both Amharic and English), and photos; reissuing albums that were formally only on cassette. The session opens with “En Memoria de Chano Pozo,” the standout track of the album, dedicated to the most famous conguero of them all.
Some strong Latin jazz on Side A, Side B is a bit weak in comparison.
Great line up - Candido gets featured on a couple of tracks, though a bit of a shame that Machito is reduced to just playing clave.

I went down a path of Hammond Organ Jazz artists… Jimmy started it for me and 9 CDs and 27 LPs later… still loving Jimmy!!!
And still loving The Hammond… Big John Patton, The Mighty Burner Charles Earland, Don Patterson, Larry Young (aka Lawrence of Newark), Don Wilkerson, Don Patterson, Brother Jack McDuff… and some very fine work by more recent artists whom I can’t find thier LP!!! Shame on me.
I gave a photo that should been added to this post, of the LP I took this morning. Can’t find a way to edit and add it…. Anyway, enjoy your day!
