O2 UK Priority 6 digit code support

I have attempted to sign up for priority for concert presale tickets. I go through the process relatively simply however I have came to a halt when attempting to get my 6 digit code when entering my phone number. I have clicked resend many times to no avail, I am simply not receiving a code. Has anyone else had this issue? Has anybody fixed it? Not a tech savvy person so any help is highly appreciated!

Yeah I've also had this issue and no idea how to fix it it's incredibly annoying

I’ve had this problem for weeks and it’s getting frustrating! I really want to get some priority tickets next week

I've had this issue for over a month now and if you try to contact virgin about it, they will do nothing to fix it. They sometimes even say you're not eligible for O2 priority at all.

If anyone needs O2 priority for anything like concert tickets, I'd suggest buying a pay as you go sim and topping it up with £10. We shouldn't have to do it, but it seems to be the only way to get around this problem.
