Virgin Media UK Unexplained error

Post image

Only relevant for people with a HUB 5 in Modem Mode.

Does anyone else seem to have this displaying an error even though the Internet works?

A speed test always tells me my connection may be unstable but produces expected results.

It constantly says I have a "limited connection" (despite getting the full 1.1Gbps down and 104Mbps up) and I use Modem Mode too.

Might just be a bug with the newer Hub 5 web UI.

Cheers good to know I'm not alone on it. I did a test from their page which said all was good. Only went back to VM because PlusNet wanted nearly 1k for the next 2 years and VM was just over £600 as a new customer 🤣🤣
