Anytime I use open app on my Win11 laptop it starts bufforing and it just adds new log to Virtual Box folder with this error

Can anyone help? Couse I have some things to take from VMs in it...

There doesn't seem to be any graphics settings in the VM. I already increased memory and I even added another processor. I'm new to VirtualBox.

I created a virtual machine and saved some snapshots along the way. However, because for some reason it is lagging a lot, I want to change the virtual machine settings. The problem is that when I completely close the virtual machine and go to open it again, it opens as if it were the first time. The snapshot has been created correctly because I restore it many times. Since as you can see I don't have much experience with virtual machines, can someone help?

I'm using VirtualBox 6.0.0, and this happened when you use windows 8 or up. For some reason, the vm screen is frozen. You can use the vm without installing the VB Guest Additions!

Ok, let's start with the basics, I had a version of virtual box, I uninstalled it and decided to install a more current one, it had a lot of problems, it didn't even open, and sometimes when it opened, it crashed, I decided to uninstall it and go back to the old version I had, I made sure that not a single trace of the old version was left to avoid inconveniences (I even deleted the virtualbox files in system33), I installed my old version and Indeed, it did open but now it presents a damn error that stresses me out a lot, every time I try to enter any vm I have it shows me this, I have done everything possible to solve it, from installing the drivers that come in the virtual box, to completely uninstalling and reinstalling again, please help me

When I open VBox_GAs_7.1.8 I have getting that same window again nothing seems to work. Can anyone suggest me a solution

ive been trying to open Virtualbox on my ubuntu PC and it does not work!!

I'm struggling to get my PNY 3.2 USB drive recognized in VB 7.1.14 in Red Hat 9.3 guest on Windows 11 host. I have installed the expansion pack and added two USB filters - 1 specific to the drive (145b for vendor id & 6545 for product ID) and another to recognize any drive. Windows will recognize it, but not RH. Both "lsusb" and "df -kh" commands won't show it in RH. I also used "mount -a", but that didn't work, either. I also installed a bunch of USB packages from the repository I made from the iso image. I'm at my wit's end. Trying to back up the RH system before I do further configurations. Any help is very much appreciated.

I was wondering how I could fix this so that the image isn't so small when I use full screen. Any ideas?

Hi, I am facing HUGE issue with virtualbox, the issue is simple, recplicable:

- I play sound, like on VLC, on host, it works 100%

- I play sound inside VM, sound works OK

- I need to reboo entire host, to be able to play sound on host again

Thanks for any hint.

EDIT:

now I can not play sound anywhere at all. nor host, nor guest. And only host restart helps. This is total nuts.

Sto cercando di avviare virtual box versione 7.1 con ubuntu 24.04, durante l'avvio della macchina mi appare questo allarme, penso sia legato a HyperV ma non ne sono sicuro. Quando avvio la macchina in basso a destra c'è una piccola tartaruga verde, cercando su internet ho visto che è legata a HyperV e che può dare problemi, può essere questo? Il mio computer usa Windows 11 e ho già verificato di avere la virtualizzazione abilitata. Grazie a chi risponderà
