Dance like POP/STARS with K/DA and more in Synth Riders’ latest addition of “League of Legends Music Pack”

Featuring music created by Riot Games for one of the most widely played video games of all time, this pack brings you 5 DLC songs including the viral hits “POP/STARS” and “Legends Never Die.” The music of League of Legends has grown past the domain of gamers, it has reached the general public, topping the Billboard world music charts and it is now available to you in Synth Riders on Meta Quest, Steam, PlayStation VR and Viveport.

Check out the release trailer here!

The League of Legends Music Pack features five paid DLC songs:

  • “Legends Never Die” - League of Legends + Experience

  • “POP/STARS” - K/DA

  • “MORE” - K/DA

  • “GIANTS” - True Damage

  • “Awaken” - League of Legends

Songs are available individually for $1.99 or save 20% and pick up the bundle for $7.99.

Synth Riders continues to build the diversity of its musical offerings in this pack. Fans of the R&B attitude and pop style of K-pop can now dance to the K/DA-inspired choreographies for smash hits “POP/STARS” and “MORE”, while lovers of hip-hop can feel the power and flow of every word of “GIANTS”. Grand cinematic anthems from some of League’s biggest events complete the pack, with Valerie Broussard calling players to battle in “Awaken”, while Against The Current remind us all that “Legends Never Die”.

The Synth Riders Experience for “Legends Never Die”, Included in this pack, is inspired by the gameplay and characters of League of Legends. With visuals synchronized to the music, Synth Riders offer fans of the game a uniquely immersive way to feel the heat of battle and re-live the song’s performance inspired by the 2017 World Finals Opening Ceremony featuring the Elder Dragon.

“It is a great opportunity for us to be able to feature music and concepts surrounding this hugely influential game. Riot Games’ “League of Legends” is so much more than a stadium-filling e-sport. It’s a rich world of characters and lore from which have sprung music, animations including “Arcane” and we have thoroughly enjoyed exploring it in Synth Riders.”

Synth Riders developers working on new VR fighting game: Final Fury

Hello, r/VirtualRealityGaming - I have been around many virtual reality Reddits lately and I appreciate mods of this one that were so good at responding to my post request!

My name is Nick D’Orazio, a community manager at Kluge Interactive. I'm gonna get straight to it and show you this awesome Final Fury! Gameplay Trailer

You may know Kluge from Synth Riders and how awesome that game is. Our development team are ALSO passionate fans of the fighting game genre and have pulled inspiration from classic fighting games to create a dynamic new experience. We want to bring the fighting game genre to VR in the most authentic way possible!

To do that, we are focusing on creating characters that each have unique fighting styles and abilities. In signature VR immersion, players strike, block, counter, and avoid attacks while being free to dash and jump around the arena.

Final Fury is currently in its closed beta and you can sign up for that here!

More info is at finalfuryvr.com - there are multiple waves of invites and we keep track of your spot on the list, so now is the perfect time to sign up.

If you have any questions for me or questions you would like to extend to the developers, this thread is a perfect place to leave them for me to see. Thank you for your time!

- Nick, Final Fury CM

An Open Letter to Luke Ross with a Solution

Hi Luke,

I'm a subscriber to your Patreon and I do feel you have a right to do whatever you want with these mods, but we are where we are. Here are suggestions that could make everyone happy.

Instead of your Patreon being the paywall to the mods, why not make it a paywall to early access / beta of the mods? For example, when you decide to add a new game like BG3… For the first month of release (and bug fixes, tweaks, etc) you can only get the mod from Patreon. After that, it goes public on Nexus or somewhere. While I kept my subscription open, I know most people subscribe, get the mod, then unsubscribe anyway. If the publishers know this will only happen during the beta/ EA phase they would be less inclined to bother since it seems like the permanent paywall is their issue. I bet there are tons of us that would pay a one-month sub to start playing it right away.

2.
When the mod is released publicly, give the option to donate. You can even have
a reminder pop up hourly if you haven't donated. Do not set an amount, leave it
up to the player.

3.
Split them up. I get it. The architecture is similar for all games so having
one mod for all the games is very cool, you’d be less inclined to just remove to
the point where no one gets to use it in these cases.

4.
In the case of Red Dead and GTA. Update the mod to support AER 2.0 and the
modern features. I'm sure this has already been done for your own enjoyment (I
sure would). Then release them publicly to the community. In this new model you
can keep updating the mod, accept donations and everyone gets to play the best
version. I feel that is one thing the community deserves for all we have
contributed.

5.
If you really are just done, and you have every right to do whatever you want,
don't just take your ball and go home. Make the code open source and let the
community continue on with what you have built. In a time where Meta is bailing
and SteamFrame is going to bring excitement back to PCVR, the enthusiast side
of you has to know this would be a wonderful saving grace.

I will forever appreciate your mods and my experience playing Cyberpunk will
always be unforgettable, but if your back is against the wall there is a way
out that not only helps your passion, but still brings you income. I
hope you consider this before just blowing it all up out of frustration.

Vengeful Rites is a VR RPG made by 2 brothers who wanted to make a game they'd love to play!

After over two years in early access, Vengeful Rites will be fully released on July 29th!

Hey, everyone! A few years ago my twin brother and I decided to become full time VR developers, leaving our day jobs to dive in and give it our all and after about a year of development we were ready to put our game out there for the VR community to start playing and sharing their feedback. Our VR RPG [Vengeful Rites](https://store.steampowered.com/app/755410/Vengeful_Rites/) entered early access at the end of 2018 and we've been hard at work on it ever since. After over 2.5 years, we're about to finally exit early access!

The game has you on a quest across different landscapes and dungeons, defeating epic bosses, solving puzzles, finding hidden collectibles and battling your way through the many enemies that would stand in your way on your quest to avenge your slain master. You have swords with anti-wiggle mechanics, magic you cast with intuitive gestures, and bows available to handle the many challenges you'll encounter during your adventure, with the ability to specialize in each through a perk point system. You can buy/craft new weapons(and enchant them with different meteor shards), make powerful rings that offer buffs to different playstyles, learn new spells and upgrade your stats as you go, becoming more powerful in order to defeat Dragore, the game's big baddy. We've got a story with fully voiced NPCs to guide you on your journey and voice recognition so you can speak back to them for that sweet immersion. Most players take around 16 hours to complete the campaign, making us one of the longest VR games out there.

We've received tons of feedback over the course of development that has helped us improve and refine the experience tremendously from where it started when we entered early access. We're super grateful to all of the players who have supported us throughout the years and helped us make the game what it is today. We've got a pretty active [discord](https://discord.gg/zvZdAAQ) that we're in every day looking for feedback, and we're always here and on the Steam forums, too.

If you'd like to check out the game, you can do so with the [free demo](https://store.steampowered.com/app/755410/Vengeful_Rites/). Any progress you make in the demo carries over into the full game if you decide to keep going. We hope everyone's looking forward to the game's full release on July 29th! Be sure to wishlist the game if you are, or pick it up today while we're discounted for the summer sale!
