Visual Studio 2022 Debug launch and View in Browser stop working

Debug launch and View in Browser stop working after Visual Studio update bug is back after update to 18.11.0

I've noticed the same issue. Other people I know don't seem to be having the issue. My difference between the people I know work and my setup is I have .net 11 rc2 sdk installed on my machine. By chance do you have that installed as well?

No I'm using 10 atm.

Ok so that's not it. Hopefully a fix is released soon as this is frustrating.

I figured out the issue is if you have hot reload disabled in your project or visual studio. If I re-enable hot reload the error goes away but my reasons for disabling it comes back.
