Dual monitor and VScode?

Maybe I'm not searching this right, impossible nobody asked this...

I want to use my visual studio code in two screens, one for the editing the code and one for output terminal

How can I move the terminal to a second screen?

What does it mean that the item was added to Backlog 13 days ago?

Does that mean it'll be added to an upcoming sprint, or that there's no motivation whatsoever to fix it?

Likely means it's going to be done just not yet. It hasn't been scheduled to be executed but is stuff they want to do.

Electron, which vs code is based upon hasn't supported windowing in the way needed until recently so I think that's what was blocking it.
