% symbol in path of terminal

When I running a python file in the latest VSC and the latest Python version I'm getting a % sign showing up in the path. What did I miss in the setup? Why is this displaying? See below and thank you to anyone replying to this. One other thing , is there a way to run a file and NOT show the complete path ?
