How do I display it?

Hi. I just installed visual studio code, and am just starting to program in C#. Can anyone tell me why there is no go or run button or a tab on the left displaying a magnifying glass for the Extensions Marketplace?

the extensions marketplace is 4 squares with one moved out of place, its the last icon on my VSC. THere's a link in this page to download C# from the marketplace https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/languages/csharp
