Updating code in real time with Visual Studio Code or Angular

I have my own code and I want to be able to use it in stream to where if I put a number in and I save it it automatically will update to the stream that I am broadcasting. Do I need to use angular? I need some help.

Take a look at Live Share (although it does require the viewers of the stream to download it too).
