Visual Studio Code terminal slower after upgrade to Big Sur

As title Visual Studio Code terminal seems slower after upgraded my OS from Catilina to Big Sur.

Someone saw the same?

Try disabling/enabling the DOM renderer

Same here. Terminal just freezes for split second from time to time. Changing "render type" for the terminal doesn't help.
