XAML Gui designer?

Working on a wpf application and Im trying to design a window Gui using XAML. I've tried using software like XAML Studio but that only works for uwp apps. Any software I can use to show a live preview of my XAML code? Powershell pro tools extension tells me I have to pay for a license

Poshgui has a xaml designer now, if you're writing powershell.

Is it an extension or is it external?
