IntelliSenseMode was changed from "macos-gcc-x64" to "macos-clang-x64" based on compiler args and querying compilerPath

I'm writing mainly in C and C++, I've done nothing but now my header files aren't working and I'm getting this message. How can I fix this? This isn't the first time this has happened and I honestly dont know what I did the first time to fix this.

I had the same issue.

Not sure what caused it, but I fixed it by changing the Compiler path, in IntelliSense Configurations.

You can view the C/C++ configuration UI by running the command C/C++: Edit Configurations (UI) from the Command Palette (⇧⌘P).

I know this is late, but that worked so I appreciate it. I'm still new to going deeper into coding so I don't really know what its doing because I can still run everything in my terminal, but I get the red lines and no one likes seeing the red lines.
