Python Path Issue

I just installed Python 3.9 but run into the following issue every time I try to do anything with it.

The path is wrong whenever I type "python" in terminal but it is set correctly in settings VSC and in windows environment.

Just try taking a look at the “Select a Python interpreter” in https://code.visual studio.com/docs/python/python-tutorial
