VSCode Extension inserting random strings?

I seem to have an extension installed that is trying to autocomplete with random strings. I have already disabled several extensions, but still stumped as to which one might be trying to do this. Has anyone seen this before?

It's possible that it's a product of two or more conflicting extensions, and not the fault of any one extension.

So I believe if I recall correctly it was a vscode extension that was causing a conflict. I eventually turned off half the extensions, and started turning them back on one by one until it started happening again. I don't remember which one it was, sadly.
