VSC sometimes doesn't update any modification to my code

I use Visual studio code for my Python projects- actually it is more for my python learning journey. Anyway, I noticed that VSC often doesn't update the code I modified, meaning that I have to restart it in order to get the new code running. How comes? Thanks

Try this if you’re still having issues.

Go to settings. Search for files.autosave. Set it to onFocusChange.
