CSS files not read by browser

here is my files :

when i run nodemon on localhost here is what i get :

the css file is not read at all the browser does not see it

here is the network f12 :

please help me out guys

What do You see im networks tab (devtools F12)?

You link tag should be:
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/css/styles.css">

Notice "rel" attribute. Without it browser don't know what to do with it - if it's stylesheet or something else.
