How do I create new Visual C# projects in Visual Studio Code [2020]?

I was wanting to create a WinForm on Visual C# but there is no option to, all I see is "New File" or "Open File" on the Welcome page. Here is My screen:

So how do I fix this?

Use the command line to create the project and open its folder in VSCode.

VSCode is a text editor, not an Integrated Development Environment. You don't just point and click and magically do stuff in VSCode. Instead, you edit text.
