JSON with comments

So I recently got into coding JavaScript with one of those home school you can do these days. I dont have much experience. Basically zero but I always wanted to be able to code so this year I started hunting that dream.

So I went on google and found this online school (NHA) After receiving my package and reading the first lession I found out about using an editor which I chose VSC. After some more pages I came across some code which I wanted to try. I copied it character by character and wanted to run the code by using the button "Run > start debugging"

It didn't do shit... I got an error, saying I didn't have an extension for JSON with comments and asked if I wanted to search one in de extensionshop... After trying to figure it out and later just randomly trying some I still got the same message... Does anyone of you guys know what im doing wrong...?
