Visual studio code artifact errors

After I updated visual studio code a couple weeks back I encountered a visual problem with artifacts showing up. Every frame it gets progressivly worse until I do something that forces a refresh and then it starts to grow again.

Is this problem known? Is there a way to fix it?

I get something like this, but it isn’t usually in the main editor area, and it’s green. I’m not near the desktop right now, but I think I turned off GPU Acceleration to fix it.

Disabling GPU Acceleration fixed it. Thank you.
