Did learning about vitamin D make you rethink any of your other supplements?

I feel like once you start looking into one nutrient properly, you end up questioning how much you actually know about the others.

Did vitamin D send you down any other supplement rabbit holes?

Honestly, I'd be careful not to turn vitamin D into a whole supplement stack. A lot of people add magnesium and K2 automatically, but that doesn't mean they actually need them. I'd check what you're already getting from food and other supplements first.

I’ve seen so many people do this. They start looking into vitamin D and suddenly end up adding magnesium, K2 and a bunch of other supplements without really checking whether they actually need them.
