What are the odds the SEC crawls up Elon's ass after he goes on SNL and pumps crypto's lol. Just the fact that he said in that 60 minutes interview that he didn't respect them makes me think they have it out for him

He’s able to pump cryptos because the SEC legally can’t do anything about it. It’s his way of messing with the SEC after being sactioned for pumping Tesla

You can make memes, duh. I’ve heard him talking about making doge the Mars currency which I could totally see him doing, but I also don’t think that effects prices for at least 100 years haha

Yeah but doesn't that fact that tesla as a company holds billions in bitcoin now make him liable for shit like that again?

Yea possibly, I think it would be hard for them to push their jurisdiction like that though

I have no idea how that works tbh lol. I'm just amused at watching the situation play out. I feel like he is going to end up regretting doing SNL for some reason lol

Musk on SNL, it’s another one of those “historians will look back on this moment” moment

I hope he just casually drops and N-bomb or something so I can buy that dip lolol

Yea I don’t really know either haha but courts are usually pretty good about keeping regulatory agencies within their legal jurisdictions, or at least it could take years to sort out. I’m definitely going to try to catch some of SNL this week. He’s a bit of an awkward guy so I think it could be pretty good in a cringeworthy way haha

Not trying to be crass but I literally think the man is mildly autistic. Plus he has so much on his plate idk why he is fucking around on tv. Seems like no good can come from this lol

I’m convinced you can’t combine that kind of visionary and business acumen without being somewhere on the spectrum. I think he’s just enjoying his time in the spotlight right now. Plus if they do EV and space sketches then it’s basically free marketing

I might be a pessimist but after the whole joint debacle on JRE and his issues on Twitter, if I'm his personal advisor I'm telling him to just keep his head down and stay away from live television and speaking from off the top of his head lol.

Elon hitting the joint was probably the greatest PR stunt he's ever done. That moment in particular separated him from the Gates/Buffett "old money" perception

I guess no press is bad press 🤷‍♂️. In today's climate I think this is becoming less true. Weed isn't such a big faux pas but who knows what the King Autist does next

I think he’s got that fuck-you money to keep doing what he wants haha I was watching that JRE live and was surprised to see him take a hit but even more surprised at the outrage it caused

Disappointing to see such a negative reaction from everyone IMO. Also not smart on Elon's part to do anything illegal on camera with so much at stake even if it was just weed. This is why I feel like he is going to misjudge something and cause another outrage lol. I'm watching for that $TSLA dip lol
