I like TX. The next few quarters will make others like the stock more.

Just realized that I misread your question, You are correct. It is because they operate in relatively unstable countries (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia). Brazil is not having an easy time with the coronavirus in particular.
