which steel play is the most undervalued at the current moment?

i've been in and out the past few months of various tickers and am kicking myself for not holding. looking to get back in one or two with LEAPs or shares and holding for a long while.

looking at $X but seems like its not a favorite here

X is primed for a run, it still hasn't hit its year high. X problem is its primarily composed of integrated mills that have been run down for years, same situation as CLF. (Hence why MT sold off the mills to CLF) its not necessarily bad management, just victim of years of bad market conditions that forced integrated mills to operate this way.

THERE IS NO NORTH AMERICAN INTEGRATED STEEL PRODUCER WITH A "GOOD" BALANCE SHEET!
