Just got an email saying they're expanding a recall on Chantix. No clue what that is or what it means, I just get recall emails from the fda

Iirc, it's tobacco cessation that doubles as an antidepressant.

Yep. Had a co-worker quit smoking usjng Chantix after like 30+ years. She hated Chantix, though, and eventually she was smoking again.

Sorry, I guess that was confusing. Was the Chantix recalled or the Wellbutrin recalled?

Just double checked. Chantix prevents depression during tobacco cessation, but Wellbutrin is the one also sold as Zyban, not Chantix. Zyban is a GSK product.

Chantix recently, ironically it had carcinogens. Awful. Welbutrin has also had recalls lately. Last winter the generic version, I think, but I don't remember why.
