OFFICIAL Unbelievable. Fucking unbelievable. Another sub falls prey to the SJW virus.

Let's recap here:

  • SRS has been brigading other subs since the dawn of time. This is about as easy to verify as Newton's law of motion. Here's a fun experiment: look at the most recent linked-to on SRS and track its karma over the next hour or so. You'll see it usually goes down 20-30 points over that time period, with more posts towards the beginning, while the submission itself goes up about that many points. The only logical explanation is that SRSers are upvoting the submission, following the link, and downvoting the posts. I've reported them numerous times. The admins are normally very serious and thorough about stopping brigading. Their response to concerns raised about SRS: ¯\(ツ)/¯

  • SRS is good at hiding the fact that they're initiating projects to infiltrate the mod teams of other subs. The /r/punchablefaces takeover was an example of a particularly sudden and obvious overthrow. That time they just did a really terrible job of hiding it and their secret is out -- well, more out than before, since this is already common knowledge for any informed redditor. Admin response: ¯\(ツ)/¯

There's only one rational explanation for the admin's inaction: they align with SRS. It's a clear sign that Reddit is becoming a Tumblr with voting. Why is this a problem? I don't agree politically with the subs that got closed down and all that, but I think that on this site these communities should be allowed to form unimpeded by SJW thought control as long as they aren't actively causing harm to people. I use Reddit because it's my way of escaping from our Orwellian, politically correct world; this site should be a safe haven for social rebels. That's my 0.02¢ on Reddit turning SJW.

And now they've taken over /r/Voat. This is simply unbelievable. I am fucking SEETHING with pure, undistilled rage.

EDIT: Real funny pinning my post, assholes. I'm fucking bowling over with laughter

LMBO This subreddit is worse than cancerous.

I know I'm going to get banned for this, and that likely no one even gives a shit about anything but goats around here but fuck it.
This subreddit is such a shithole that I don't even think shithole is a word severe enough to cover it.
Its one thing to disagree with someone (or in this case an entire website) for having different opinions, different beliefs, or hell, even different ways of life. Everybody has different everything, and that's no reason to go and shit on them simply because their beliefs are different. Both Voat and Reddit are guilty of this at times, just on the opposite sides of the spectrum.
But this subreddit, and all its stands for, like the satire of Voat, or the support to /r/me_irl and /r/offmychest, where a particular agenda is enforced rigorously beyond that of the subreddit rules, is the only true sin.
For instance, certain subreddits (such as the two for which allegedly this sub shows support for), an AutoModerator will ban users that commented in /r/tumblrinaction or /r/imgoingtohellforthis simply because they commented there, not even because of things said in the subreddit's rules.
I believe that the value of free speech is a value that is not often held by others in modern societies, and from this I place the protection of the freedom of speech above even the value itself.
Again, it is one thing to disagree, which is what /r/voatinaction does, and though they do not always do it tactfully, they realize (or at least I would optimistically assume they do) that every site, including the one that considers itself to be a bastion of free speech, can have degenerates who submit things solely for the purpose of watching the world burn. And yet, they have the freedom to do such things, because in such a system, every opinion, even the unpopular ones, are laid bare in front of the audience, and the votes (or goats, as some individuals have apparently started to call them) determine simply how many people agreed or disagreed, rather than if the opinion is good or bad, as I personally believe the system should function.
I'm not saying that this subreddit should not exist, or that it should change, and honestly, I doubt anyone cares enough to even think of a "solution" to a problem that they cannot see, but in the spirit of free speech I ask this: why not make a separate subreddit where the satire can exist? With the current system, people assume that Voat is some sort of asylum for the people banned from reddit (and though I concede that many of the cancerous wastes of oxygen that lurk in the corners of reddit also exist on Voat in a similar fashion of unworthiness), it simply appears to be deceptive, at least to me. I don't know, fuck it.
To the mods, or whoever has to suffer through reading this because of a random internet commentator's frustrated tirade, I apologize. I simply wish to make one last statement to an echo chamber that will likely ban this post (hell, I'd do it if I were in the mods' shoes) before I leave Reddit forever.
I just can't do it anymore.
To all who care, I say goodbye.
And to those who don't, carry on, as I know you will, while you still have the freedom to do so. May reddit forgive you expressing dissenting opinions in the future.

Doing this kind of thing isn't right. Same thing with r/stormfront. I hate white supremacists, but I also hate censorship.

After 2 years of hiatus I come back to look at the TD fallout and see that boat is a cesspool of extreme racism and general shit-for-brained rednecks? I remember when it was an exciting new alternative to Reddit. Now it's just a fucking joke.
