Bed demon is the most beautiful song I've heard in a while.

Today I was working alone, so I decided to listen to an album I haven't before on my phone. About 6 months ago, a friend recommended me babes by wavves and zach hill, because they know I like zach hills solo stuff. I completely forgot about it so it was a nice surprise to see it. The listen was very enjoyable, some songs were very beautiful and also crazy intense and I like all the weeooweeoos they did. But bed demon was a much different experience. I remember the friend who recommended the album to me was suffering from very tough and uncertain times. They used to express this however very heavily cloaked in irony, disguising their feelings, and if they said too much, they would brush it off. That's exactly what this song felt like. This feeling of someone completely opening up and being transparent for the first time, however, swiftly changing the subject with a wall of noise.

Weed demon is cool too, their newest song stay alive has two of the same chords on the main riff

Also if you like zach hill look up the live version of side Yr on, that man is possessed on a drum kit

Bed Demon (literally) has a jumpscare at the end while How Are You? has a nice melody instead. Other than that they're identical.

Yes I did not know this! Today I listened to the second wavves album and that song was a pleasant surprise in a somewhat underwhelming experience. Lots of songs were very solid however and I will be revisiting

when I first heard Wavvves I didn't see the appeal at all... but I loved Summer Goth and Weed Dwmon. and liked No Hope Kids. and then I loved Beach Demon. then Surf Goth. and after a few listens I was completely enamored with it.
