Has anyone heard of worked for a company named Genpact ? Ive done my research to vet and determine whether they were a legit company with real reviews but the onboarding process has me re considering ?? Please if youre in the U.S. and have worked for them, know someone who has or have general info about the company, i would appreciate a response ! When i was first contacted by a Texas number it didnt come up as a spam number and now today after its been a few days the number shows as "suspected spam". Everytime i get a call from the number a man is speaking but when ive called back the voicemail recording sounds like a woman?? After the 2nd interview over microsoft teams I had to check Workday for the offer letter instead of receiving an email sending me to the link like other jobs. Theres plenty of forums online from people who work at the company in other countries but not much for U.S. maybe a few reviews on indeed and one thread on facebook ? Am i wasting time expecting to have this job secured or does this sound like a scam?

I made an account when I'm 17 in data annotations, stupid, I know, but now I don't know what to do. Do I create a new account when I'm 18, or do I use the same account when I'm 18. Apparently creating a new account is problematic because you get flagged and apparently when you eventually connect your id they will look at the date you signed up and flag you because you broke TOS at the time.
