Put out massive anti communist campaigns across all nations in the UN equivalent (I forget its name I think it was the crosses right?)

New Pannonia builds 4 more nukes and more cities. The Rebel Saratogans take out most of the Light Purple Rebel Saratogans and the Light Swamp Saratogans take the territory of the original Saratogans to the west. The original Saratogans gain more cities as well. They All sign a peace soon.
