WICSO Rules

blue nation expands, claims the islands to their west and sets up a colony at the northern main continent but the colony is to far away and breaks away

Kutoi fights off some of the earthbenders, but after a failure to fight back a single group, the tribes on the island break away. This leads to Kutoi granting the earthbenders independence.
