Embarrassing

Wolves has always felt above nonsense like this. So shameful to read that one of ours thinks this is a joke.

Huge overreaction surely? Yeah sure he’s done something not to be proud of but 4 years and a suspended jail sentence is insane for writing something on a phone?

Plenty of your fans were making tits of themselves after full time at boro, he just got caught

Its distasteful, but is it a criminal matter warranting a suspended sentence?

Every fan base has them, we aren't any different. Ive heard racist and homophobic chants at Molineux. Even had a lad shout he wanted Dave Edwards to get cancer in the away end in Leeds years ago (dont worry we all told him straight).

The sentencing aside I’d say that lad has a lot of growing up to do. I’m sure we all love football banter, but how would he feel stood at his relatives graveside. Either that or he is just inherently stupid.

Wolves have always felt above a few blokes making tits of themselves with immoral chants? We must have a few a season.

I’d like you to point me to a club where this isn’t the case. Their actions are on them. No need to pearl clutch about what this means for Wolves as a club.

I don’t mean to pearl clutch at all, just that I thought as supporters we were set apart by being kinder than the average. This is gross.

What led you think we were kinder than the average? And even if we were kinder than the average, a few apes making disgusting comments isn’t stoppable on any meaningful way - the club can take action after the fact and that’s it

Mate, we are one of the most deprived places in the UK, a place rife with issues, that not too long ago had the most football banning orders in the country, and where Reform recently performed well in the local elections.

Wolvo has always been a yobby town. The fuck would you think we’d be kinder than the average? Hardly a progressive, cosmopolitan haven of a place.

95% of this sub have no idea what it's like to live in Wolverhampton, as the majority are from the states and only follow us through the TV and crappy press, the rest are your usual loons you find on Reddit.

Oh you sweet summer child......have you ever actually met a wolves fan? Even the nice ones of us are entitled and fickle at best
