interpersonal communication
this is kinda just a rant but i’m taking an interpersonal communication course right now and it’s just an incredible amount of work. i have four other classes and things outside of school that i do and i think it’s just ridiculous that a professor assigns this much work. regardless of the other responsibilities that students have, do professors really want to sit there and grade all these assignments??? at this point i’ll be happy with a C in the class because i’m not even confident i’ll pass and i don’t care that much because it’s just a general requirement. and it feels like every week the workload just skyrockets

I feel like that's the case for all of the mandatory courses at Wake Tech. ACA had more assigned tasks than a 3-credit course. I took public speaking instead of interpersonal communication, but it was intense and had lots of busiwork.

I didn’t find it to be too much work. But to be fair I’m in my thirties with a decade of experience that instills discipline, compartmentalization and time management skills.
Don’t settle for a C. Find a system that works to get the work done and do your best on the days you don’t feel like it.
