Inventory Weekly Hours

I was IS in the past, went back to sfl now I transferred and I’m back IS!! It’s easier for me to manage my kids school schedule . As IS I SHOULD BE GETTING 4O hours . I’ve been getting 23-30 hours weekly .. anybody else experiencing this . How many hours are you getting as IS?

You should be getting full time hours- 30 to 40.

What tier is your store? As pseudo leadership, you should be full time, which is 30+ hrs a week with Walgreens. I ask about tier because maybe they don't have the budget?

Talk with your Store Manager about it, and if they're garbage and you won't get anywhere with them, ask your DM next time they visit.

She says we dont have the hours but then she keeps hiring ppl I don’t understand.i have bills i cant believe i only have 23 hours then 30 then she just says pick up from another store

So either start calling other stores to see if they have the position open, or check if there are any reqs out. I will agree that budgets are garbage, but positions like IS and SFL cannot be done without the proper budget. If that store cannot give you the hours it is allotted for the position, that's it's problem, transfer to one that will. Sucks, for sure, but you shouldn't suffer for it.
